Using drama in training in this format where the action is topped and the audience can question the actors is a very powerful way of reinforcing the message I thought that the event was very good. This type of learning/training course is much better than the traditional one where people are just sat in a room being talked at RMBC Employees
Can I take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to your team, equality and diversity is a very complex subject matter and through the medium of drama you managed to get across the messages loud and clear. Excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed it too. It certainly was more thought provoking than a PowerPoint presentation. Essential viewing for all. From Steve and Taiba through to all of the actors - a thoroughly professional and knowledgeable set up. Just wanted to say thank you for asking me to attend the Equality and Diversity Conference it; was absolutely fantastic. In all the time I have been with the organization, this was by far the most productive and essential training I have been exposed to. I can't say enough about the presenters, facilitators and Deb for having the foresight to expose us to what Equality and Diversity really means. • The scenarios brought the important and relevant issues down to the level of the • Fantastic presentation and very self revealing and affirming • Well thought out, informative and entertaining and interesting. The best training day I have had in a long time. Please extend my satisfaction, excitement to those who are responsible. I feel we as staff at Rykneld homes would all benefit from this training as you can't participate and come out of it with your original mind set. Rykneld Homes Employees |
